Franco and his crew were spot on in the restoration of our Ipe decks and covered porches. This wood is particularly difficult to restore but these folks knew exactly how to do it and the end product was just amazing. Pricing was very reasonable for the work that was required and they have maintenance programs to keep these amazing wood outdoor spaces looking perfect. We entrusted Franco and his team to restore our deck while we were back at our primary residence. The deck was not installed with proper spacing when the house was built 6 years ago. Each of these boards had to be removed, planed, reinstalled with proper spacing, sanded, and then finished. The framing of the deck was also waterproofed. They did amazing work. They were meticulous and cared for the work site like it was their own home. The restoration is beautiful. Every once in a while you come across true professionals in any trade — these guys are the real deal. Can't recommend them enough!
